Class Descriptions

 

 

 

 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  A martial art, combat sport and a form of self defense that focuses on grappling, especially ground fighting.

 It promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend himself against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique; most notably, by applying joint locks and choke holds to submit your opponent. BJJ can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no gi), mixed martial arts(MMA) or self defense.

-Our Classes are offered 6 days/week for men, woman and kids ages 6 and up.

-Gi required for kids and adults to participate.

 

Kick Boxing

This is a boxing/striking class offered Tues/Thurs. for adults and kids 16 and up.

We also have a kids kickboxing wed/sat for kids 6 and up

-Gear required: Head gear, shin pads, bag gloves(8oz.-16oz. for kids) mouth piece, cup.

 

Fighter Fit

Fighter Fit is a cardio boxing/kickboxing class. Alot like a "boot camp" its designed to give rapid results if paired with a healthy lifestyle. Its for Men & Woman ages 16 & up at any skill level. For those who want to train along with the fighters but not have to get in the ring!

-Gear Required: Bag gloves 16oz. (hand wraps recomended)
