Kids Class back to regular schedule. Mon & Fri BJJ @ 4:15-5:15/ Wed @ 4:15-5:15 & Sat 10-11am.

"The Revolution" is set for November 11th(location TBA) we hope to have a big group competing to take home the 1st and team trophies again!

Also Oct.16th Brian Johnson hosts an event (Location TBA) Justin "Ruckus Harrington will be fighting for a kickboxing title, the return of Jameson "honey B" Baker, and Amy Fulcher makes her kickboxing debut! It will be an exciting night of fights. Contact Jeff @ the gym for tickets.
